Heavy mist engulfing the Carpathian Mountains, rolling in with algid winds, developing the night. The scenery becomes symbolic of the natives insinuations. Through heavily wooded darkness emerges a pack of eyes.
What he is, is a mystery. He has peaked my curiosity. Who he is nobody really knows. Blood in his veins has a numbing glow.
The journey ends with the sight of the castle’s pinnacle. Standing proud above the mist, invoking bliss.
Pressure of the fangs to flesh, immortality lies ahead. Bled to life. Imprisoned for eternity.
“You left your eyes open, the eternal gaze. I wasn’t prepared for the words left unsaid. Incense half burnt out their ash, dangling by what remained. The strata of the smoke rings around the ceiling fan, remains here.
